Important Nalgene Update

Yesterday, while I was visiting Kelsey and April in their cool new apartment, I learned something that I found very shocking. The Nalgene bottle - yes, the very one crushed by Josh "Yeah I Deformed That Nalgene" Knowlton - broke!! It's true. I saw it with my own eyes. I held it in my very hands.

A Nalgene bottle did, in fact, break.

In other news, a bug that I'm pretty sure was a cicada decided to visit Kelsey and April's apartment while I was there. This giant insect was stubbornly clinging onto Kelsey's window screen, drawn to her window by a bright lamp at the bedside. Kelsey, disgusted, flicked at the screen, and the bug fell away in a very loud and clicky manner.

No more than 5 minutes went by and he was back again. I took it upon myself to stick my face up to the screen to inspect it, and I was interested to notice many similarities to my dear cicada friend Lars (see the last post in July to learn about Lars!) In fact, it might have been my little pal coming up for a visit! Kelsey, April, and I did indeed figure that the bug was so intent to perch on that certain window because he knew which three female interns were currently in the room. It could not have been a coincidence.


AMMENDMENT:

I would like to add that I saw the same Nalgene bottle last night and it is totally destroyed. Forget the crack in the bottom... the entire top is blown off and it is even more squished than before. I think we now have enough evidence to take down the Nalgene company.
